Hi Richard,
I equally enjoyed listening to you speak at the PMLD launch conference, as I had at Bleasedale House School in June. You gave me lots of food for thought. Karen was equally motivating. We are having quite a fraught time at my school right now with a very stressed workforce. It struck me as you and Karen were presenting that you have a very happy workforce - any practical (including quick win) tips for achieving this would be most welcome. I hope that our paths cross again sometime - if not I will have to actively seek you out.
